Inspection hatch type IMP 200×200 mm designed for drywall and ceilings
Designed for 12.5 and 15 mm drywalls and ceilings, the IMP inspection hatch ensures easy access to built-in installations/hidden pipework.
The inspection hatch is mounted with self-tapping screws in the wall or ceiling. Plasterboard is mounted around the frame and as infill in the door. It is possible to install the inspection hatch in areas with high humidity as they are corrosion/rust protected. DUKA does not recommend installation in areas where the inspection hatch may be exposed to water splashes, as it is not equipped with rubber gaskets, which means water can get through the cracks.
The inspection hatch is made of aluminium, with a special mechanism that enables secure locking. Large size doors are equipped with double locks (from size 400 x 400 and up). It can be opened both left and right with a gentle push.
