3 tips for a better indoor climate
Here are three easy and simple tips on how you can quickly create a better indoor climate in your home
1. Air out - preferably several times a day
Most of us forget, but you should air out your home 3 times a day for 5-10 minutes with a draught. This is important to avoid mould and to remove harmful particles. Ventilation is less necessary if you have a mechanical ventilation system that changes the air.

2. Don't dry clothes inside
A full load of laundry can contain up to 2-3 litres of moisture, which will evaporate into the room if you hang clothes in your living room. Moisture increases the risk of mould and can cause asthma, allergies and breathing problems.

3: Ditch the candles
Candles are simply so cosy on a cold autumn evening, but in fact, researchers believe it's almost comparable to traffic chaos in the living room.
Therefore, you should either use electric candles or limit their use, and make sure to ventilate well or have a ventilation system that constantly changes the air in your home.
